And while credit is not a major factor, the program IS income based. Your approved purchase amount will be dependent on the verified household income.

What are the REQUIREMENTS to buy a home with Owner Financing?
✅ driver’s license or passport
✅ social security card or ITIN #
✅ home MUST be in the Dallas – Fort Worth metroplex
✅ $100,000 – $300,000 sales price (does not include closing costs)
✅ proof of income (tax returns, pay stubs, and/or bank statements)
✅ application fee (covers credit check, exceptions can be made for evictions & foreclosures on a case by case basis)
✅ approximately 18% to 20% of sales price due at or before closing (at LEAST $18k-$20k, includes down payment and closing costs; down payment goes toward the principal)
✅ ***this program is strictly for buyers who will be occupying the home and is NOT intended for the purchase of investment property
